Mobizodiac gives you daily horoscopes, tarot readings and palm readings. This policy explains exactly what the app does with your data, and what our website does. The app does not sell your data, does not show advertising, and does not track you across other apps or websites.
The app has no registration. We never ask for your email address or phone number, and we have no way to identify you personally. Telling Madame about yourself (see below) is entirely optional.
This information is stored only on your iPhone and is removed when you delete the app.
A reading is written by Madame Selene on our server. To produce it, the app sends:
The photo, the question and your “About you” answers are passed to Google Gemini, which generates the interpretation, and are governed by Google's privacy policy during that processing. By default we do not store your photo. It exists only in memory for the few seconds a reading takes, and is discarded afterwards. Your “About you” answers are never stored on our server: they are used for that one reading and discarded.
If you explicitly allow it in the app ("Help Madame learn her craft"), the palm photos you scan are kept on our server and used solely to improve how the app finds and traces palm lines. They are stored without your name — only an anonymous device code — and are never published or shared. You can withdraw this permission at any time in Settings, and photos scanned after that are not kept. To have already-stored photos deleted, email us at the address below. Your palm photo is never used for advertising.
We use Google Firebase for three things:
None of this contains your readings, your questions or your photo. Firebase data is handled under Firebase's privacy terms.
Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple. Payment details — your card, your Apple Account, your billing address — never reach us. Apple tells our server only what happens to a subscription: that a free trial started, that it was paid for, renewed, refunded or expired, with the product, price, currency, country and date. We use this to count subscribers and revenue, and for the measurement described below.
When you first open the app, it creates a random install code. It is not derived from your name, email, Apple Account or advertising identifier, and it stays the same if you delete and reinstall the app on the same device. The app sends this code to our server together with a token from Apple's AdServices framework. Our server gives the token to Apple and gets back only whether the app was installed after tapping one of our Apple Search Ads and, if so, which campaign, ad group and keyword, and in which country. If you did not come from an ad, Apple says just that. Apple does not treat this as tracking: it does not use your advertising identifier and does not need your permission to track.
When you start a free trial or buy a subscription, the purchase carries the same install code (Apple calls it an app account token), so we can see which search terms and ads lead to subscriptions and what our ads cost per subscriber. This data is used only for these statistics. It is never sold or shared, and never combined with your “About you” answers, your readings or your palm photo. To have it deleted, write to us at the address below.
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
This policy also covers the website at mobizodiac.com, which publishes the daily horoscopes and the Journal. The website uses Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics to see how people find and read it: which pages are opened, how long they are read, which links are clicked, and roughly where in the world visitors are. Both store cookies in your browser, and Metrica's Session Replay feature records anonymous page interactions such as scrolling, clicks and mouse movement.
The website has no sign-up and no forms, so it never receives your name, email address or any other detail that identifies you, and website statistics are not connected to anything you do inside the app. Yandex processes its share of this data under its own privacy policy, and Google under Google's privacy policy. You can opt out at any time by blocking cookies for mobizodiac.com in your browser, through the Yandex opt-out page, or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Horoscopes, tarot and palm readings in this app are for entertainment. They are not advice on health, money, law or relationships, and should not be relied on as such.
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
